Professor Yuval Golan is the director of BGU’s Ilse Katz Institute for Nanoscale Science and Technology and a faculty member of the Department of Materials Engineering. Nanoscience focuses on the tiniest building blocks of our material world – atoms and molecules. BGU is leading the way with nanotechnology innovations in areas such as targeted cancer research, the development of green fuels, and homeland security applications such as ultra-thin night vision glasses.
